H Tasting Lounge Manager, David Vo brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the Westin Bayshore, Vancouver with over 10 years of food and beverage experience. David began his journey in food and beverage as an expeditor for Cactus Club Café. After helping successfully open flagship locations Bentall 5 and West Edmonton Mall, David then transitioned to leadership with Earls and Joey Restaurants. David served as the Assistant Food & Beverage Outlets Manager at The Fairmont Waterfront and most recently, the pre-opening Restaurant Manager at the flagship Honey Salt at JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. His intent is to reinvigorate the beverage scene in Coal Harbor by offering the best curated cocktail selection and live entertainment experience possible.

“Food and beverage is what connects us to one another. No matter how busy we get with the hustle and bustle of our lives, everyone has to eat!” David's favourite part of his job is coming to work each day and sharing the vision behind our inspired creations.

David feels fortunate to be surrounded by the beautiful mountains, water and beaches, making his favourite place anywhere that overlooks this picturesque landscape.
