This exclusive event pairs distinguished Clos du Soleil wines with a meticulously crafted multi-course menu led by Clos du Soleil winemaker Michael Clark and H Tasting Lounge sommelier Mya Brown.

Start with the 2024 Series Chardonnay and a croustade of cured halibut, smoked smetana, lemon caviar, and cucumber. Enjoy the 2024 Series Sangiovese Rosé with beetroot dumplings, whipped ricotta, eggplant, citrus, and Beluga caviar. Next, the 2022 Syrah and 2021 Signature Red with Supreme de Poulet, herbed butter, fermented horseradish, Yukon Gold puree, charred broccolini, and buckwheat crisps. Refresh with a Pear–Fennel granita. Finish with the 2022 Saturn and Honey Cake with cinnamon sponge, burnt honey filling, honeycomb, and honey ice cream.
