This tiki-style cocktail recipe was crafted in 2018 by Premium Bartender Chiara Fung for the Vancouver edition of the Stoli Key West Cocktail Classic. This concoction earned Chiara the top spot in the local competition, allowing her to move on to compete with bartenders from around the globe at the Key West finals. Chiara’s creation was inspired by Key West and its reputation as being a safe haven for those who may not be able to live and express their truth in their hometowns.
